Film Academy of Miroslav Ondříček in Písek

Film Academy in Pisek (FAP) is private art college with the Bachelor study programme. FA continues a tradition of the film education. FA follows the film school in Cimelice (region in the Czech Republic) and the film and television faculty of the Academy of Music and Dramatic Arts in Prague. Most importantly, it follows work that the Private Higher School of Film in Pisek started 10 years ago. Study programme at four departments of the Film Academy in Pisek gives an opportunity to learn more on audiovisual and production works, and to be acquainted by information and techniques in the field. The main aim of the study is to broaden knowledge, skills and understanding of professional and scientific work, deepening imagination, esthetical, drama, and cultural sensation.
