Synopsis
A documentary portrait of Andrzej Munk, the leading filmmaker of the Polish Film School, author of the unforgettable films "Man on the Track," "Eroica," "Bad Luck," and "Passenger." The Michał Bielawski film shows the director's artistic achievements using unique, partially unknown archival materials, film excerpts, newsreels, and photos. The off-screen narration, constructed from interviews with Munk and his close associates and friends, guides us through the story of his life and work.
