Polish National Film, Television and Theater School

INDEKS Film Studio (IFS), a production company based in Łodź and owned by the Polish National Film School in Łódź. The company was founded in 1990 and is focused on author movies directed by talented debutants – students and graduates of the the Łodź Film School. Studio’s first movie "Tower. A Bright Day" dir. by Jagoda Szelc won the awards for the best debut film and best screenplay at the Polish FF in Gdynia and had its international premiere at the Berlinale Forum 2018. It’s last film "The Horse Tail" dir. by Justyna Łuczaj had its world premiere at the Mammoth Lakes Film Festival, California, USA. IFS also works as a distributor of the Łódź Film School students’ films.
