After her highschool degree she studied Graphic Design at the arts college in Voronezh, before she migrated to Germany in 1998. She graduated in documentary filmmaking at the University of Television and Film Munich in 2018. Her current feature documentary film „My Russian Spring“ is her diploma project. Besides her studies she worked for german Television.
