born 1983 in Adenau/Eifel. Studied Theatre and Film studies, Sociology and English Literature at the University Erlangen-Nuremberg and the University of Ghana in Accra as a DAAD scholar. Worked for Film and TV production companies and the German Cultural Centre in Accra. Film projects in Poland, Spain, Burkina Faso, Ghana, Vietnam and Hong Kong. Teaches documentary film at the University Erlangen-Nuremberg since 2011. Studies Documentary Directing at the University for Television and Film Munich since 2009.
