Bojan is responsible for IDF's financial strategy, budgeting, and overall economic management. He ensures the smooth running of all processes concerning finance and controls the expenditure of funds both nationally and internationally. He coordinates the cooperation with partners, donors, and European institutions in striving to secure long-term financial stability for the organization. His systematic work contributes to the sustainable development of all projects and activities undertaken by IDF.
Bojan is an expert with over 30 years of work in grant financing and nonprofit management. Throughout his professional career, he has offered services concerning project and program development and also management, administration, and control of resources provided by the following European donors: Phare & Tacis, EuropeAid, ESF, EEA and Norway Grants, and Creative Europe – Media.
From 2005 to 2011, he was Programme Director at the Civil Society Development Foundation. In 2012, he joined IDF, where he worked as Executive Director until 2018. Bojan co-founded the CEE Animation platform in 2018. This platform unites professionals and organizations supporting animation in Central and Eastern Europe. Until 2022, he served as its Executive Director. Since 2025, he has been IDF’s Financial Director.
