Born in Prague in 1978. After high school, studied medicine and Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at Czech Technical University in Prague, he worked as an elementary school teacher. In 1995 he became a member of theater company POVOLVOX. In 2009 he graduated from Film and TV School of Academy of Performing Arts in Prague.
