Karel Chvojka graduated from Gymnázium pod Vyšehradem in 1998 and has since dedicated his career to film production. He started in 1995 at North American Pictures, working in various assistant roles on film and commercial projects. In 2002, he was the production manager for Zatracení (dir. Dan Svátek) before joining Sirena Film, focusing on commercials. In 2007, he co-founded moloko film in Ukraine with Miloš Lochman and Artemio Benki, later establishing its Prague branch in 2009 with Lochman. Films produced by moloko film have screened at Cannes, Rotterdam, Toronto, and Karlovy Vary, winning 8 Czech Lions, 6 Czech Film Critics’ Awards, and many international prizes. Karel is a member of Czech Film Academy.
