Viktoriia Khomenko began her career as a film critic and researcher in Ukrainian media. Nowadays she works as communications coordinator at the IDHRFF Docudays UA industry platform. Parallel to her current work at the festival, she also works as a film producer. Now she produces full-length fiction debut «The Floor is Lava», directed by Kateryna Gornostai (Best Pitch and Producer's Network Award at Connecting Cottbus 2017). Also as a producer, she has in production the full-length documentary «Roma» (dir. Olga Zhurba) in cooperation with her colleague, producer Darya Bassel.
